Terms & Conditions

1.  The fee once deposited will not be refunded in any condition.

2.  Classes missed by the participants will not be adjusted or carried forward in any circumstances. However if  classes  

     are cancelled by the institute will be adjusted as per the mutual availability of time. If you take proper leaves of more

     than one week by informing us (documented) we will carry forward the leave days in your validity period.

3.  Institute remains closed on national or public holidays or on any festival.

4.  Entry, membership & participation in activities at “Bodhisatvas Institute of Music & Dance (BIMD) " are at the sole

     discretion and decision of the management of the studio.

5.  BIMD reserves the right to terminate the membership of any participant at any time without refund of any fee paid.

6.  We reserves the right to change the fee structure and discount offers at any time without prior notice.

7.  BIMD is not responsible for the loss of any personal property in the premises of the studio. Participants are 

    required to take care of their personal belongings including shoes,  cellphone, purse etc.

8.  We reserve the right, in its sole discretion and without any obligation, to make any changes or amend any portion of the

    service or including changing the trainer without prior notice.
